small room noisy air conditioning

The room size was a joke. It seemed like a closet i once stored luggage in! also, the air conditioning sounded like a jet engine trying to take off all night. i barely slept because of that constant drone and the cramped space was a real downer.

Great stay near Avenida da Liberdade

I appreciated the hotel's excellent location near the main shopping street. The room was very nice and neat. The receptionists were helpful, assisting with early check-in (by encouraging me to join Accor as a member).

The bathroom had a slight odor.

Facilities

The hotel provides luggage storage. I also noticed there is 24/7 reception. These facilities contribute to a secure and convenient stay for all guests (including me).

The room had ample space for luggage. The location was indeed accessible, with two metro stations a short distance away. The staff addressed any questions promptly.

There was a slight odor in the bathroom at times, it wasn't too strong but noticeable.
